Helping the Community Through Our Health Education Program
At Salvation Heath Outreach, we aim to do good. Through our health education program, we seek to improve community members' lives by teaching them about proper nutrition, disease and injury prevention, and health-promoting activities to lead healthy and productive lives. Our programs involve:
Health:
- Promoting Health and Nutrition
- Providing Healthcare Services
- Education on the prevention of HIV/AIDS, Malaria, tuberculosis, COVID 19, and other diseases
- Helping to pay for medications, hospital bills for the poor.
- Providing clean drinking water for communities without adequate sources of water supply.
- Organize health screening services
- Mosquito eradication
- Health Screening
- Occasional 5K walk
- Sponsor medical missions
- Combat tuberculosis and leprosy
- Mental Health Education
Community:
There is no cost for these services, and we work alongside the Salvation Army in Nigeria to provide these services free of charge to community members.
- Encourage and help women and young people to become independent
- Looking after the elderly and orphans
- Providing Shelters to the Homeless
- Building public washrooms
- Helping to raise money to buy wheelchairs for the handicapped
- Providing career training and allow individuals to be independent
- Encouraging farming and fishing by providing implements and financial support
- Investing in solar street lights
- Engage in housing projects for the homeless, older adults, and orphans without any help from relatives
- Women Empowerment
- Provide education scholarship to orphans
- Provision of face mask

Salvation Health Outreach aims to create awareness through our health education, disease, and injury prevention programs. We engage in health outreach programs that provide strategies for preventing diseases and injuries and promote better health.
About Us
Salvation Heath Outreach consists of trustworthy medical doctors, registered nurses, health scientist, public health nurses, midwives, Doctor of Nursing Practice, and nurses with different specialties in the United States and Nigeria with more than 25years of experience. Educating the local community members on different strategies of preventive medicine will help decrease disease and injuries and promote better health.
